AppVerix Order Limits: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Order Limits you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app lets you set min, max and multiple quantity rules, and cart value rules, for products, variants, collections and the cart. A theme embed shows messages. A Shopify Cart and Checkout Validation Function enforces the rules at checkout. The app does not change orders after checkout and does not charge your customers for the app.
2. Price and billing
- Three plans: Starter $7, Growth $15, Pro $29 USD every 30 days, with a 14-day free trial on the first subscription. You can change plan in Settings without reinstalling.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, use Settings in the app or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change a price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- The rules are yours. You are responsible for the limits you set and for making sure they are lawful where you sell.
- Check a rule with a test cart on your theme before you rely on it.
- Don’t delete the AppVerix Order Limits validation in Checkout settings; the app recreates it when you save a rule.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data of your customers.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. Your store and checkout keep working if the embed cannot load; the Function still blocks a cart that breaks a live rule. We may change or improve features, and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
